Class format
The class begins on Wednesday and ends on Tuesday.
Introductory talk (Open to All) is on Wednesday: 6:30- 7:45pm (except Dwarka class on Sunday) .
Registration can be done in the break after the introductory session. Regular class follows: 8:00 pm – 9:30 pm.
On subsequent days, class is for three hours, 6-9am OR 10am – 1pm OR 6:30-9:30pm. You can choose any of these session timings, with Sunday being a full day session.
The classes will be held in English.

The talk will commence at SATHSANG WITH SADHGURU Isha Center, on Saturday November 15th at 6pm. It’s a rare privilege to be in the Master’s Presence. Let us make use of this wonderful opportunity. We will start with the practices, please maintain empty stomach conditions. Also, we will share pot luck dinner after Sathsang, so if it is possible for you to bring a dish, snack, salad, juice, etc. (vegetarian only), we can enjoy a variety of dishes. Please note that the Sathsang is only for people who have taken the Isha Yoga program. (Inner Engineering or Wholeness program or 8 day Isha Yoga).
